Exercise & Nutritional Program

jeneen_-pi-_178x237To cope with stress and anger, I exercise! Not only is it increasing my endorphins, it makes me feel good about my mind, body and spirit.

  • Exercise – I personally use Beachbody’s Hip Hop Abs! This program is a fun dance workout! You will be so preoccupied learning how to dance, you’ll forget you are working out! I also use a metabolic workout called 6 Minutes to Skinny! I also recommend P90X but if you are just starting… Hip Hop Abs and Brazil Butt Lift!
